Prologue
Why 785nm?
The most commonly used wavelengths for general picotoning are 1064nm (deep penetration) and 755nm (high melanin absorption). The advantage of 1064nm is that it penetrates relatively deeper, and the advantage of 755nm is that it has high melanin absorption.
The 785 picotoning used by BTQ is the only picotoning equipment in Korea that uses the 785nm wavelength. Although the technical implementation is difficult and the unit price is high, the 785nm wavelength has the advantages of both 755nm and 1064nm. It has a high melanin absorption rate, so it is effective for pigments while being safe, and it has the characteristic of being able to penetrate deeper into the skin layer because it is closer to 1064nm than the wavelength around 700nm.

Pico Toning
The 785 nm wavelength has a high absorption rate for melanin pigment, making it an effective wavelength for treating intractable pigmentation, shallow freckles, freckles, and Ota’s nevus. It can also target pigmented lesions that were not improved with the existing 1064 nm or 532 nm wavelengths in more detail, allowing for a safer and more delicate approach to pigment diseases.
