DR. MOON JEONG-HUN
"Beauty created through communication"
I was a student who used to look in the mirror and fix my hair during every break. I was interested in makeup, but I didn't have any major concerns about my skin, so dermatology was a field that was far from my interests. I became interested in skin when I suddenly experienced skin trouble in my early 20s. I lost my confidence to the point where I couldn't take pictures, so I started going to the dermatologist with the money I had saved as a student.
After that, my skin got better through treatment, and I regained my lost confidence, and I realized anew that my appearance is not just a 'shell', but a factor that directly affects my inner self. That's why I chose the path of dealing with skin care, which both my interests and aptitudes can utilize. I have been studying and gaining skills by seeing many patients in a busy hospital that emphasizes speed, but I felt frustrated in a limited environment where it was difficult to apply this. Also, because of the hospital's operating policy, I had to respond to customers within a limited time, so I had a lot of concerns about not being able to communicate sufficiently.
As an extension of such concerns, I joined BTQ Clinic, a space where I can realize the direction and philosophy I pursue. I want to create a dermatology clinic where all employees study and develop to improve the aesthetics of each and every customer.
We will provide a satisfactory experience in every aspect from the time you first enter the hospital to the time you leave. We will create a consultation and treatment process that our customers can understand. We will not recommend treatments that are well-marketed and popular, but treatments that are truly effective and necessary for each customer, and we will perform as many treatments as necessary. We will not only satisfy our customers' needs, but also try to fully understand and open their hearts about the parts that our customers cannot see.
